EU consumer rights and free EU returns
ARTMSTRS strictly follows EU consumer protection rules. For eligible online purchases within the EU, collectors have a 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery.
Important: returned artworks must be shipped safely, undamaged and according to ARTMSTRS return instructions. The EU right of withdrawal may not apply to clearly personalised or made-to-order artworks. Standard listed artworks remain covered according to applicable EU consumer rules.
Active platform development, not passive listing
ARTMSTRS is built as an active curated platform with regular publishing, collector-facing presentation and structured visibility support. We do not position artists as anonymous uploads inside a mass catalogue.
