Welcome to ARTMSTRS. By subscribing to any of our Artist Plans – Starter, Pro, or Unlimited – you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.
1. Subscription Plans
ARTMSTRS offers three monthly subscription tiers:
- Artist Starter (€19,95/month): Upload up to 5 artworks, 5 printed editions, SEO optimization, weekly EU & IG promotion, 25% commission.
- Artist Pro (€29,95/month): Upload up to 15 artworks, 15 printed editions, improved promotion, 20% commission, shared in social posts & collector emails.
- Artist Unlimited (€49,95/month): Unlimited artworks and edition prints, daily global promotion, 15% commission, newsletter & blog exposure.
2. Free Trial & Cancellation
All subscriptions come with a 14-day free trial. You may cancel anytime during the trial without being charged. After the trial period, billing will start automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled.
3. Payments & Commission
Artists receive payment for sold artworks minus the platform commission (15–25%, based on your plan). There are no additional transaction or hidden fees. Payments are securely processed and guaranteed.
4. Artwork Rights & Authenticity
You retain full rights to your artworks. By uploading, you confirm that the work is original and you are the rightful owner. ARTMSTRS includes a certificate of authenticity with each purchase.
5. Shipping, Returns & Support
We handle global shipping, logistics, and secure packaging. Every sale includes a 14-day free return policy. Our team provides full artist support throughout the process.
6. Promotion & Visibility
Depending on your subscription level, your art may be promoted via our newsletters, social media channels, curated collections, blog features, and direct emails to collectors.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. ARTMSTRS reserves the right to remove content that violates our community standards or intellectual property rights.
