At ARTMSTRS, we’re happy to offer shipping to countries outside of the European Union. However, there are some important terms and conditions to keep in mind.
As the buyer, please be aware that any customs import VAT or other additional costs are your responsibility. This means that you may be required to pay fees or charges when your package arrives in your country.

Additionally, please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. We will do our best to provide you with an estimated delivery date, but please understand that there may be factors outside of our control that could impact the delivery timeline.
We want to make sure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

- Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the artwork and are specified in the shopping cart before checkout.
- Our artists pack and send the art themselves according to strict guidelines set by ARTMSTRS. We ensure that the artwork is delivered in perfect condition.
- We advise you to always insure your purchased original artworks, so you can have peace of mind knowing that your precious piece will be protected during transit!
- We understand that receiving your art is a special occasion, and therefore we package it with great care to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition.

Return Policy on Non-EU shipments:
We want to make sure that you’re completely happy with your artwork purchase from ARTMSTRS. If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied, you have 14 days to let us know and request a refund. Just send us an email at customerservice@artmstrs.com and we’ll take it from there.
- Please keep in mind that we can only process refunds for artworks that are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging, along with the Certificate of Authenticity and any other items that came with the artwork. (Special printed orders such as printed limited editions are excluded; these works are especially produced on your request and therefore non–refundable)
To make the return process as easy as possible, we’ll arrange for a door-to-door collection and provide you with a tracking number. Please don’t book your own courier, as this could affect your eligibility for a refund.
Once we receive the artwork and confirm that it’s in perfect condition, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. Please note that the refund will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5-10 days to appear in your account.
The handling fee for the return will be deducted from the refund amount, which varies based on the size, weight, and location of the artwork.
Lastly, please note that we’re unable to refund any VAT or import charges. However, in some cases, you may be able to reclaim these costs from your local tax authorities. We hope this helps, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
